LeadSafe uses two cookies. Both are essential — the site won’t work without them. We don’t use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking. That’s why you won’t see a cookie consent banner here: applicable privacy laws don’t require consent for strictly essential cookies.

The cookies we use

sb-*-auth-token

Keeps you signed in. Set by our authentication system. Expires when your session ends.

__leadsafe_onboarding

Remembers where you are in the onboarding wizard, so the dashboard knows whether to send you back to finish setup. Expires after 5 minutes.

What we don’t use

No Google Analytics. No Meta Pixel. No Hotjar, Mixpanel, Segment, or any other product-analytics SDK. No advertising or retargeting cookies. No social-media share trackers.

We collect first-party usage analytics inside LeadSafe (which pages you’ve visited, what actions you’ve taken), but those go straight into our own database — not into a third-party tracker. The privacy policy covers how we handle that data.

Disabling cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but if you block the essential cookies above, you won’t be able to sign in.

Changes

If we ever change which cookies we use — for example, if we add a third-party service that needs one — we’ll update this page and email customers in advance.
